$7 Million Infrastructure Project Begins
Construction on $7 Million Infrastructure Project Begins in Fairfield Commerce Center
Roadway, water, sewer and electrical improvements have begun in the Fairfield Commerce Center. The new construction is Phase II of the planned improvements for the FCC. The $7 million project will be completed in April 2018 and will provide access to over 75% of the industrial sites in the new industrial park.
