A new company is relocating to the Walter B Brown Industrial Park!

Southeastern Dock and Door, LLC, a Greenville company, sells, repairs, and installs loading dock equipment. They also provide sales and installation of industrial doors such as rolling steel service and fire doors, and sectional steel doors as well.

The company already employs 16 people, four of whom live in Fairfield County. Fairfield’s geographic position gives Southeastern Dock and Door easier access to existing clients and the Midlands marketplace. Their new operation is located at 779 Cook Road in Phase I of the Walter B Brown Industrial Park.
