Fairfield County Welcomes Capital Concrete: New Plant Opens In Ridgeway

Fairfield County is excited to extend a warm welcome and heartfelt congratulations to Capital Concrete, our newest corporate partner. Today marks the grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for Capital Concrete’s latest facility in Ridgeway, underscoring the company’s continued growth and commitment to South Carolina.

Founded in 2006 in Lexington, South Carolina, Capital Concrete has steadily expanded its footprint, with this new Ridgeway Plant being the second facility they’ve launched in the state within the past 15 months. This $8.5 million investment is set to create 17 new jobs, further boosting the local economy.

The new Ridgeway location will provide Capital Concrete with faster access to their clients, significantly reducing transportation costs while enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the company remains dedicated to sustainable practices, recycling up to 50% of their gray water and implementing advanced controls to minimize dust from their operations.

We are thrilled to see Capital Concrete join the Fairfield County business community and look forward to witnessing their continued success and positive impact on the region.
