Fairfield County Hosts Annual Industry Appreciation Event: “Fairfield Takes Flight”
Last week, Fairfield County held its annual Industry Appreciation Event, with this year’s theme, "Fairfield Takes Flight." The theme spotlighted the exciting developments at our county airport, showcasing its growing role as a local asset for business and travel.
The event was an opportunity to express our gratitude to the industries that have chosen Fairfield County as their home. In addition to showing appreciation, we connected our industries with a variety of valuable resources available to them, further enhancing the county’s economic environment.
By highlighting the capabilities of the Fairfield County Airport, we demonstrated to our local companies that they can now fly privately and discreetly directly into Fairfield County.
The event welcomed a distinguished group of attendees, including elected officials, state agency representatives, industry leaders, and service providers. These gatherings foster conversations that lead to greater collaboration, innovation, and economic security for our region.
